Work out summary for this week:
Bike 20 min to and from work and NO walking because of VBS.

Monday: Swim 25, bike 35
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: I played a softball game, in which my total exercise consisted of running to 1st base once. Ya gotta be social sometimes, you know?
Thursday: Run 35
Friday: Bike 50
Saturday: Plan is to swim this afternoon and the weather and time appear to be cooperating.
Sunday: Run 35, hopefully swim too if I get home from church in time.

Plan for next week:
Monday: Swim 25, Bike 35
Tuesday: off
Wednesday: Bike 45
Thursday: Run 45 (Oh my goodness. I foresee severe pain and suffering. They’re predicting hot weather too.)
Friday: Swim 35
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Bike 60
